You'll be a driving force behind multi-channel performance marketing campaigns, with a core focus on Paid Social and Paid Search. This is a hands-on role where you'll launch and optimize high-quality campaigns, run structured testing across audiences, creatives, messaging, and bidding strategies, and monitor daily performance to spot trends and improve efficiency.
Key responsibilities include: launching and optimizing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads; supporting a testing roadmap with experiments across multiple variables; building and refining campaign setups, tracking, and targeting; getting performance assets live quickly; monitoring daily performance and making recommendations; transforming insights into actionable optimizations; documenting learnings to develop channel playbooks; and potentially owning CRM execution end-to-end (building segments, scheduling sends, ensuring timely customer communication).
You'll work closely with channel owners, creative, analytics, and product teams to scale what works and learn from what doesn't. This is a high-growth role where you'll build full-stack performance marketing skills while making real impact on customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements: 4-7 years of performance marketing experience across channels with demonstrated expertise in at least one area; obsession with experimentation, data, and growth; hands-on proficiency with Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM systems; strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset; ability to thrive in fast-paced environments; and a track record of turning insights into action through constant testing and iteration.
