We are seeking a Senior Performance Engineer to join our Automation Platform Engineering team in Pune. This is a hands-on role focused on validating the performance, scalability, and resilience of our products under real-world and extreme workloads.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and automating complex performance, load, stress, and endurance test scenarios using Python and pytest
- Developing load generators, stress tools, and performance analysis utilities
- Building and maintaining performance dashboards, monitoring, and alerting solutions
- Analyzing application and infrastructure performance to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
- Investigating and troubleshooting performance issues across distributed systems
- Researching, evaluating, and implementing new performance testing techniques and tools
- Collaborating closely with Development, DevOps, and Architecture teams to improve product performance, scalability, and reliability
You will work in a microservices-based, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environment, playing a key role in ensuring products meet the highest standards for performance, reliability, and scalability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex performance challenges, working with modern technologies, driving automation, and promoting performance excellence across large-scale enterprise applications.
