Mytra is building robotics and distributed software solutions for the $1T material handling and supply chain industry. The company is scaling rapidly to address e-commerce growth, rising costs, and supply chain disruptions.
As Senior People Partner, you will own core HR programs and serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and managers during a period of significant growth. Your responsibilities include:
• Design, implement, and analyze performance management and employee engagement programs from conception through action planning
• Partner with business leaders, managers, and employees to solve people-related challenges and create conditions for thriving
• Manage and optimize the HRIS as a functional tool for the People team, managers, and employees, ensuring data integrity and self-service workflows
• Develop and update HR policies to reflect evolving business needs and legal requirements, with particular expertise in California wage and hour law
• Handle employee relations matters and investigations with sound judgment, discretion, and strong employment law grounding
• Coach managers and employees on performance management, addressing underperformance and building accountability
• Advise on compliance and best practices for mixed workforces, including contingent and non-exempt workers
Ideal candidates bring proven HR Business Partner experience in technical, manufacturing, or robotics/logistics environments; deep knowledge of California employment law; sound judgment in employee relations; ability to own cross-functional initiatives independently; and clear, direct communication skills that build trust across organizational levels.
