The People Operations Generalist will be a hands-on member of the People team, supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an agile, evolving environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats across recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full candidate experience: coordinating interviews, scheduling, and maintaining communication throughout recruitment
- Supporting seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing team members
- Serving as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns across all departments
- Drafting internal communications, newsletters, and presentations to keep the distributed team informed and engaged
- Assisting with execution of key people initiatives including performance reviews, benefits enrollment, feedback systems, and all-company meetings
- Providing backup support for time-sensitive HR tasks to ensure continuity
- Contributing to the development and improvement of people-related processes and systems
- Supporting the Head of People with day-to-day work, ad-hoc projects, and strategic initiatives
- Helping scale the People function by maintaining accurate, effective systems and documentation
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity. You should be a strong communicator, empathetic listener, and someone who takes initiative to improve processes. Experience in HR operations, recruiting coordination, or people-focused roles is valuable. You'll work in a collaborative environment with industry experts and technologists committed to long-term impact.
