Ocrolus is an AI-powered fintech platform that helps lenders automate workflows and make faster, more accurate lending decisions. The company processes nearly one million credit applications monthly and is trusted by 400+ customers including PayPal, Brex, SoFi, and Square.
You will own the full HR operations lifecycle, including onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, and transitions. This is a highly operational role critical to scaling the organization in a structured, compliant, and people-centric manner. You'll build and maintain processes, standards, and employee experience while leveraging AI and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Key responsibilities include:
**Compliance Oversight:** Stay current on employment laws and regulations; develop and implement HR policies and procedures; conduct regular audits to identify and correct non-compliance issues.
**MIS Management:** Design and maintain HR databases and systems; generate reports, dashboards, and analytics tracking key HR metrics; ensure data accuracy and security; analyze trends to provide insights and recommendations; customize visualizations per management needs.
**Documentation & Recordkeeping:** Oversee employee records including personnel files, contracts, and compliance documentation; ensure timely and accurate statutory report filings; develop standardized templates; facilitate record audits per legal requirements.
You'll work in rotational shifts to support operational and compliance needs across teams and time zones. The role requires 3–5 years of HR operations experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, intellectual curiosity, and ability to deliver tasks in an organized manner.
