Tabby is a fintech company reshaping how people shop, earn, and save through flexible payment solutions. With 15 million users and $10 billion in annual transaction volume, Tabby is the fastest-growing fintech in the GCC region, valued at $4.5 billion.
You will own the design and delivery of culture, engagement, and employee experience programs across Tabby's distributed, multi-hub workforce. This is a strategic, hands-on role that combines creative program design with operational execution and vendor management.
Key responsibilities include:
**Culture & Events**: Design and deliver hub events, team buildings, and road trips that strengthen belonging and connection across distributed teams. You'll create experiences that feel intentional and reinforce shared values.
**Recognition & Milestones**: Build scalable recognition programs and milestone moments (birthdays, anniversaries, life events) that feel personal regardless of headcount. You'll own the end-to-end design and execution.
**Branded Merchandise**: Manage branded merch from concept through production, vendor selection, and distribution across all hubs.
**Employee Engagement & Communications**: Drive engagement across the distributed workforce through effective internal communications. You'll advise teams on communication formats, best practices, and turn ideas into repeatable, measurable initiatives.
**Global People Initiatives**: Lead cross-hub programs that reinforce shared culture and consistent employee experience across all operating locations.
**Vendor & Budget Management**: Manage external partners and budgets to deliver programs on time and on brand.
This is not a hub-specific role. As Tabby moves to a rotation-based model, you'll build programs that scale globally while partnering with local hub experts. You'll travel across hubs to bring initiatives to life on the ground.
You bring proven experience owning employee events, team-building, and engagement programs end-to-end across multiple locations or distributed workforces. You have a creative mindset with a track record of turning ideas into scalable initiatives, not just one-off events. You're a strong stakeholder manager who can operate independently, set standards, and advise the wider People team. You have proven experience in employee engagement through effective internal communications and comfort managing vendors, budgets, and logistics across markets. Easy EU travel mobility is essential.
