Tabby is a fintech company reshaping how people shop, earn, and save. With over 15 million users and $10 billion in annual transaction volume, Tabby is the largest and fastest-growing fintech in the GCC region, valued at $4.5 billion.
You'll own the design and delivery of culture, engagement, and employee experience programs across Tabby's distributed, multi-hub workforce. This is a strategic, hands-on role that scales globally rather than serving a single office.
Key responsibilities:
**Culture & Events**: Design and deliver hub events, team buildings, and road trips that strengthen belonging and connection across distributed teams.
**Recognition & Milestones**: Build and run scalable recognition programs and milestone moments (birthdays, work anniversaries, new-baby gifts) that feel personal at any headcount.
**Merch**: Own branded merchandise end-to-end—concept, production, vendor management, and distribution across hubs.
**Employee Engagement & Communications**: Drive engagement across a distributed workforce through effective internal communications. Advise teams on communication formats and best practices. Turn ideas into repeatable, measurable initiatives.
**Global People Initiatives**: Lead cross-hub programs that reinforce shared culture and consistent employee experience across all operating locations.
**Vendor & Budget Management**: Manage external partners and budgets to deliver programs on time and on brand.
You'll travel across hubs to bring initiatives to life on the ground, so EU travel mobility is essential. As Tabby moves to a rotation-based model, you'll build programs that scale across locations while partnering with local hub experts as knowledge resources.
Required experience: proven track record owning employee events, team-building, and engagement programs end-to-end, ideally across multiple locations or distributed workforces. Creative mindset with ability to turn ideas into scalable initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and maturity to operate independently and advise the wider People team. Proven experience managing employee engagement through effective internal communications. Comfort with vendor, budget, and logistics management across markets. Willingness and ability to travel.
