Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion, is seeking a Senior People Development Program Manager to scale its leadership and people development initiatives across the organization.
You will own the transition from pilot programs to enterprise-wide offerings, including group coaching, manager and high-potential development, team onsites, leadership summits, and team effectiveness programs. Working directly with People leadership, you will define the future-state vision for people development at Anduril by 2027 and build the multi-year roadmap to get there.
Key responsibilities include: owning program strategy and execution across all people development initiatives; serving as primary operator and project manager using structured briefs and stakeholder communication; evaluating current pilots with both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to determine what delivers value; identifying and evaluating technology solutions (coaching platforms, LMS) to accelerate development at scale; facilitating onsite and offsite experiences while leading team development sessions and leadership workshops; presenting program strategy and outcomes to senior leadership; partnering across the People organization and with business leaders to understand needs and build buy-in; and scoping the resourcing model to determine when to build out facilitators, coaches, or vendor partnerships.
You are equally comfortable as strategist and operator—presenting program outcomes in a quarterly business review one day and facilitating a team offsite the next. You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, build structure without waiting to be told what to do, and approach everything with high ownership, low ego, and strong outcome orientation.
Required: 10+ years in people development, leadership development, organizational development, or program management within HR; demonstrated experience deploying leadership or manager development programs at scale in large, matrixed organizations; strong project management instincts; executive presence and communication skills; comfort with data interpretation and program feedback analysis; and alignment with Anduril's mission to solve critical defense challenges.
Preferred: background in coaching or executive coaching (ICF certification a plus); experience designing and facilitating team coaching, offsites, or leadership workshops; experience at high-growth technology or defense companies navigating rapid scaling; and familiarity with people development technology platforms.
