Juniper Square is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to support the organization through its next growth phase. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Principal Business Partner, combining strategic coaching with hands-on execution. You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers within assigned client groups, helping them navigate people challenges and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations. Key responsibilities include supporting performance management by helping managers conduct effective performance conversations, assisting with PIP design and execution, and contributing to performance calibration. You'll own employee relations casework including conflict resolution and investigation support, escalating complex cases as appropriate. You will analyze engagement survey results, exit interview themes, and attrition data for your client groups, translating findings into concrete action plans for managers. You'll help managers build strong onboarding, feedback, and career development practices while supporting organizational change initiatives like reorgs and headcount shifts by helping leaders think through people implications and build communication plans. Additionally, you'll partner closely with Talent, People Ops, and Compensation teams to connect your client groups with internal resources, and deeply understand the business, goals, and talent needs of the teams you support. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience delivering People Business Partner or generalist HR support, ideally at a fast-growing technology or financial services company. You should demonstrate strong ability to build trust and influence with people managers and mid-level leaders, with solid grounding in performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. You're comfortable working independently, prioritizing across competing needs, and translating data into actionable recommendations. Experience with HRIS systems is required, with exposure to multiple systems preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
