Salary: USD 145,000 - 165,000 / annual

Via Transportation is a leading transportation technology platform that powers modern public transit systems globally. The company transforms legacy transit infrastructure into smart, data-driven networks serving hundreds of agency partners worldwide. As Senior Partner Success Manager for the Western US region, you will own the strategic success of a portfolio of city and transit agency partners. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with full autonomy over commercial outcomes and partner relationships. Key responsibilities include: - Serve as primary executive contact for city and agency leadership, managing complex, multi-year partnerships - Act as trusted advisor, translating community needs and partner ideas into revenue opportunities and service improvements - Build long-term relationships by identifying pain points, delivering solutions, and proactively identifying growth opportunities - Analyze service performance data to inform strategic decisions that improve quality, efficiency, and revenue - Lead complex contract renewals and service expansion negotiations with senior stakeholders - Champion new products internally and advocate for partner adoption to expand service scope You bring 7+ years of client-facing experience in consulting, customer success, or high-growth companies, with a proven track record managing senior stakeholder relationships independently. You are quantitatively inclined, data-savvy, and comfortable translating complex datasets into strategic decisions. You excel in politically sensitive situations, turning complexity into trust-building opportunities. You are a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments while elevating those around you and viewing success as collective.
