Via Transportation is transforming public transit systems globally through technology-driven solutions. As a Senior Partner Success Manager, you will own the success of advanced transportation systems across a strategic portfolio of city and agency partners, serving as the primary point of contact for executive leadership.
You will act as a trusted advisor and consultant, translating partner needs and community requirements into revenue opportunities and service improvements. Key responsibilities include building deep, long-term relationships by identifying pain points and proactively recognizing growth opportunities; leading analysis of service performance data to inform strategic decisions; independently managing complex, multi-year contract renewals and service expansions with senior stakeholders; and championing new products internally to facilitate partner service expansion.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role requiring full ownership of a strategic portfolio, working with autonomy and operating at the intersection of client success and commercial outcomes. You'll work alongside collaborative teams passionate about improving public transportation access to jobs, healthcare, and education.
Required qualifications include 7+ years of relevant client-facing experience in consulting, customer success, or high-growth companies, with a proven track record of managing senior stakeholder relationships independently. Fluency in both French and English is required for frequent client interaction. You should be quantitatively inclined and data-savvy, using complex datasets to drive strategic decisions and influence partners and internal teams. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial relationship builder who brings clarity and confidence to complex, politically sensitive situations, a reliable self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, and an empathetic team player who elevates those around them.
