Salary: CAD 145,000 - 165,000 / annual

Via Transportation is building the technology backbone for modern public transit systems globally. The company partners with hundreds of cities and transit agencies to transform antiquated transportation networks into smart, data-driven digital systems. As a Senior Partner Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership, owning the success and commercial outcomes of a strategic portfolio of advanced transportation system partners. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant autonomy. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the success of transportation systems across a partner portfolio, serving as the primary contact for executive city and agency leadership - Acting as a trusted advisor and consultant, translating partner ideas and community needs into revenue opportunities and service improvements - Building deep, long-term relationships by identifying pain points, delivering solutions, and proactively recognizing opportunities for service growth and revenue generation - Leading analysis of daily, weekly, and long-term service performance data to inform strategic decisions that improve quality, efficiency, and growth - Independently leading multi-year and complex contract renewals and service expansions, managing high-stakes negotiations with senior stakeholders to drive year-on-year revenue growth - Championing new products and capabilities internally to facilitate expansion of each partner's service size and scope Requirements: - 7+ years of relevant work experience in a client-facing role with a track record of managing senior stakeholder relationships independently in consulting, customer success, or a high-growth company - Fluency in both French and English required for frequent client interaction - Quantitatively inclined and data-savvy; ability to draw conclusions from complex datasets and use them to drive strategic decisions and influence partners and internal teams - Entrepreneurial relationship builder who brings clarity and confidence to complex, politically sensitive situations - Reliable, motivated self-starter who thrives in and helps shape fast-paced environments - Empathetic team player who elevates those around them and views success as collective effort
