As a Senior Partner Solutions Architect, you will lead technical enablement and support for Chainguard's partner ecosystem—system integrators, resellers, and technology partners. You'll be part of the Professional Services team within Customer Success, acting as the primary technical liaison between partners and Chainguard's product and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and lead technical enablement programs to equip partner teams to implement Chainguard Containers and Libraries at scale
- Collaborate with alliances, channel, and sales teams to understand partner capabilities, pain points, and go-to-market strategies
- Develop partner-facing technical content: integration guides, reference architectures, and best practices documentation
- Support post-sales technical engagements including co-delivery of implementations, architecture reviews, and escalation support
- Serve as the technical bridge between the partner ecosystem and Chainguard's Product and Engineering teams, influencing roadmap prioritization
- Build deep understanding of partner technical competencies and design programs to close capability gaps
- Maintain architecture documentation and share lessons learned across the organization
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years in post-sales roles supporting clients, preferably in partner-facing technical roles (partner engineering, alliances, channel solutions architecture)
- 8+ years developing high-performance multi-tier applications
- Strong Kubernetes and container experience
- Experience working within partner ecosystems (SIs, ISVs, resellers, technology alliances) and understanding of partner go-to-market models
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to create scalable technical enablement programs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology
- Strong software development process and engineering design knowledge
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, written, and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Located in India
