Snowflake is seeking a Senior Partner Solution Engineer to drive technical growth and adoption within the partner ecosystem across India. This role bridges Snowflake's product capabilities with System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and Technology Partners, enabling them to unlock the full potential of Snowflake's AI Data Cloud.
You will collaborate closely with Snowflake's Partner, Sales, and Solutions Engineering teams to design and deliver technical training, workshops, and certifications that upskill partner teams on Snowflake architecture and best practices. You'll co-develop industry-specific solutions and accelerators with partners—such as data migration frameworks, industry data models, and go-to-market motions—aligning Snowflake's products to maximize impact on their service offerings.
Key responsibilities include presenting at Snowflake and partner events, leading hackathons, and driving awareness and adoption within partner organizations. You will partner closely on strategic customer engagements, collaborating with partners to define use cases, deliver compelling presentations, execute successful Proofs of Concept, and ensure positive outcomes. You'll own the technology roadmap with partners to build and scale their Snowflake practices with reference architectures and delivery methodologies, while advocating for partner and customer needs with Snowflake product teams.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of relevant industry experience, with a proven track record of successful engagement with major global and regional System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and Technology Partners. You possess deep comprehension of partner revenue models, industry priorities, and challenges. You have developed data domain thought leadership within partner communities and bring hands-on technical expertise in designing and building highly scalable data pipelines using Spark and Kafka, strong SQL and data warehousing fundamentals (cloud DW preferred), and experience with Snowflake Technology Partners specializing in Data Engineering, Data Science, Collaboration, and Cyber Security.
Technical requirements include hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD processes and tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, Google Cloud Build), strong experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and familiarity with Big Data and Cloud integration technologies (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda). Experience with AI/ML use cases is a plus.
This role requires up to 50% travel within India throughout the quarter to support partner engagement, enablement, deal support, and marketing events.
