Snowflake seeks a Senior Partner Solution Engineer to drive technical growth and adoption within the partner ecosystem across India. This role bridges Snowflake's product capabilities with System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and Technology Partners, positioning you as a trusted technical advisor to key partners.
You will design and deliver technical training, workshops, and certifications to upskill partner teams on Snowflake's data cloud architecture and best practices. You'll co-develop industry-specific solutions and accelerators—such as data migration frameworks and industry data models—that align Snowflake's products with partners' service offerings. Your responsibilities include presenting at Snowflake and partner events, leading hackathons, and driving awareness and adoption within partner organizations.
On strategic customer engagements, you'll collaborate with partners to define use cases, deliver compelling technical presentations, and execute successful Proofs of Concept. You'll own the technology roadmap with partners, building and scaling their Snowflake practices through reference architectures and delivery methodologies. Additionally, you'll advocate for partner and customer needs with Snowflake's product teams.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of relevant industry experience, including proven success engaging with Global and Regional System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and Technology Partners. You should have deep data domain thought leadership, strong understanding of partner revenue models and industry challenges, and hands-on expertise designing scalable data pipelines using Spark and Kafka. Strong SQL and cloud data warehousing fundamentals are essential, along with experience across major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and integration technologies. DevOps and CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, Google Cloud Build) is required. AI/ML use case experience is a plus.
This role requires up to 50% travel within India throughout the quarter to support partner enablement, deal support, and marketing events. You'll work closely with Snowflake's Partner, Sales, and Solutions Engineering teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven culture.
