ClickUp is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Support Specialist based in the Philippines to serve as the operational backbone for our Enterprise Partner Managers worldwide. This role is critical to enabling our partner sales motion across all regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide day-to-day partner support including deal registration, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking
- Own and process smaller partner-sourced deals end-to-end through internal systems
- Manage Salesforce, deal desk, and CPQ administration to streamline the partner deal cycle
- Coordinate partner onboarding logistics, system setup, training, and enablement
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and ensure accurate pipeline reporting
- Act as internal escalation point for partner deals, liaising with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and RevOps
- Process and track Market Development Fund (MDF) submissions and reimbursements
- Support partner communications across time zones with scheduling and coordination
- Serve as customer and partner-facing representative in virtual meetings
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues impacting partner deal flow
- Identify and implement operational improvements to reduce deal cycle time
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years in sales support, sales operations, or partner operations in SaaS/technology
- Strong Salesforce and productivity platform proficiency
- Exceptional organizational skills managing multiple priorities across time zones
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Experience in globally distributed teams supporting AMER and EMEA time zones
- Detail-oriented with bias toward action and process improvement
- Ability to work independently with strong remote communication
- Based in Philippines with willingness to flex hours for EMEA/AMER overlap
- Confidence presenting and communicating on Zoom
Nice-to-have experience includes channel/partner sales, partner program structures (VARs, referral partners, consultancies, system integrators), ClickUp or similar project management platforms, and enterprise software sales cycles.
