n8n is hiring a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to scale its Experts Partner Program. The company is an open workflow orchestration platform built for AI, with 650,000+ active developers, 190K+ GitHub stars, and a $5.2bn valuation backed by Sequoia and SAP. The partnerships motion is growing rapidly with 170+ system integrators and agencies in the Experts Partner Program, including strategic partners like SAP, Deutsche Telekom, CapGemini, and Accenture.
In this role, you will own all marketing activities supporting the Experts Partner Program, including managing 1-many partner communications via Slack, Office Hours, and newsletters. You'll lead co-marketing initiatives and event formats with partners, create enablement content in collaboration with the Partnerships team, and build relationships with top-tier partners alongside Partner Managers. You'll work with the automation team to scale systems for the program, collaborate with Sales and DevRel to define content and attendees for partner events, and track event performance including leads generated and pipeline attribution.
Key responsibilities include organizing and executing small to medium-sized events, managing partner communications at scale, owning co-marketing strategy, and reporting on marketing impact. You'll be a bridge between Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and Product, ensuring alignment on objectives while driving multiplier effects through partner initiatives.

Requirements:
- Strong collaboration skills, particularly working alongside Partnerships teams while maintaining clear marketing objectives
- Organized, proactive approach with ability to work with partners for multiplier marketing effects
- Demonstrated experience organizing small to medium-sized events
- Willingness to travel to key events throughout the year (EMEA & US)
