The Senior Partner Marketing Manager role sits at the intersection of partnerships and demand generation, responsible for turning Mixpanel's strategic, technology, and channel relationships into awareness, credibility, and pipeline across North America. You will own co-marketing strategy and execution across Mixpanel's NA partner ecosystem, deciding which partner relationships deserve investment and building programs behind them. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, North America, you'll work closely with Partnerships, NA sales, and the regional marketing team while representing the region's needs to the global partner marketing function. Key responsibilities include: setting co-marketing strategy for the NA partner ecosystem prioritized by pipeline potential and sales priorities; planning and leading joint programs including webinars, launches, content, and campaigns; owning the partner marketing calendar aligned with sales and regional campaign cadence; leading creation of co-branded content and assets; designing and running field and event programs for key partners; serving as primary marketing contact for NA partners; localizing global partner programs for the region; and owning partner marketing reporting including KPI definition and pipeline measurement. You should have experience building co-marketing programs with technology partners and enabling channel/reseller partners in B2B SaaS; a track record of leading complex cross-functional programs from idea to measurable pipeline impact; judgment to prioritize partner relationships and programs; experience operating in matrixed global marketing organizations; strong relationship-building instincts with external partners and internal stakeholders; a data-driven approach to proving impact; strong writing and content instincts for co-branded assets; and a collaborative, low-ego operating style. Bonus experience includes localizing marketing programs across multiple regions, familiarity with product analytics or developer tools, mentoring regional partner marketers, and established relationships with technology or channel partners in the product analytics or SaaS space.
