Salary: USD 125,000 - 196,000 / annual

Braze is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive global partner marketing strategy and execution. Reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns and events in collaboration with strategic partners including agencies, system integrators, technology partners, and cloud providers. Key responsibilities include: - Develop global partner marketing strategy and plans aligned with company objectives and market opportunities - Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint go-to-market campaigns, co-branded content, and digital activations that generate pipeline and build brand visibility - Plan and execute partner-related events, sponsorships, and activations at industry conferences with measurable ROI - Serve as partner champion within Braze, working cross-functionally with partnerships, marketing, events, sales, and other teams to align messaging and campaign strategies - Identify new opportunities to enhance partner engagement and improve marketing performance - Measure and report on demand generation metrics and campaign performance, providing insights for optimization - Travel to various markets to interface directly with partners, customers, and prospects to support lead generation - Manage budget and resources effectively to maximize ROI You bring 5-8+ years of marketing experience with at least 4 years in partner marketing or alliance management. B2B SaaS experience is preferred, as is prior experience at Braze's key technology or agency partners. You have a proven track record with pipeline generation strategy, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. You're a self-starter who can juggle multiple demanding tasks, view problems as opportunities, and work cross-departmentally to create solutions.
