Dropbox is hiring a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead ecosystem marketing strategy and execution for AI and ISV partnerships. This is a player-coach role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
You will develop joint go-to-market strategies and high-impact programs with strategic technology partners including OpenAI, Anthropic, and other leading AI and productivity platforms. You will lead a small team of partner marketers while personally owning the most strategic and complex initiatives. Your responsibilities span partner-specific go-to-market strategy, joint positioning, integrated activation, evergreen co-marketing, and performance optimization for Dropbox's priority AI and ISV relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting partner marketing strategy and roadmap in close partnership with Business Development
- Personally building and executing high-priority programs from concept through launch and optimization, including developing joint value propositions, campaign briefs, go-to-market plans, and content strategies
- Creating repeatable co-marketing programs that extend beyond launch moments, including joint campaigns, customer stories, lifecycle activation, events, and content
- Designing and implementing partner segmentation, launch frameworks, templates, decision rights, operating cadences, measurement approaches, and campaign governance
- Building trusted relationships with strategic partners and driving cross-functional execution with Partnerships, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Communications
- Managing and developing partner marketers while remaining close to execution, unblocking work, raising quality standards, and stepping into priority programs when senior ownership is needed
- Using approved AI tools to accelerate partner research, insight synthesis, planning, content development, and analysis while maintaining rigorous human judgment and accountability
This role sits at the intersection of technology, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy. You will identify where Dropbox can create disproportionate value across the ecosystem, shape joint strategies with influential external partners, and lead complex initiatives from early opportunity through launch, activation, measurement, and scale. You join Dropbox at a pivotal moment as AI reshapes how people interact with content and where work gets done.

- Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize performance data, customer and partner insights, market signals, and qualitative inputs to evaluate opportunities, diagnose performance, make prioritization decisions, and determine what to scale, change, or stop
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to develop, translate, and critically review joint messaging with partners; distill complex product and ecosystem concepts into clear customer value propositions; and communicate recommendations, tradeoffs, and decisions effectively to senior internal and external stakeholders
- Experience building trust and driving decisions across partners, Product, Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing while managing and developing high-performing marketers, raising the quality bar, and stepping directly into complex work when senior ownership is needed
- Demonstrated experience applying AI or automation to real marketing or business workflows, with judgment to use AI for leverage while validating outputs and retaining human accountability for strategic decisions, partner relationships, messaging quality, and business outcomes
