ShipBob is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to build and expand the company's partnership ecosystem in Australia. You will be deeply connected to the local go-to-market team (sales, marketing, and enablement) while being part of a global Partnerships organization with 8+ teammates across multiple time zones. Your day-to-day collaboration will primarily be with AU-based commercial teams, providing strong local alignment backed by proven GTM frameworks that have driven success in North American and UK markets.
You will work primarily with e-commerce agency partners who resell, recommend, or influence ShipBob's services, as well as engage with VCs, incubators/accelerators, and key technology platforms in the ecosystem (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe/Magento, NetSuite, Cin 7, and others).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand agency partnerships across Australia by identifying, engaging, and building relationships with agencies that support direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands, including marketing, design, development, and systems integrators.
- Generate measurable business impact through revenue-driving partner pipeline (lead flow, partner-sourced opportunities, influenced revenue) and program KPIs (new partner onboarding, revenue share performance, partner activity tiers).
- Own project-based initiatives spanning 1–2 quarters, such as launching co-marketing programs with strategic partners or standing up new integration or referral workflows.
- Collaborate with the Director of Partnerships and the broader Partner Management team to leverage established playbooks, partner data, and cross-functional support.
- Play a critical role in future APAC expansion opportunities beyond Australia.
You will have access to established playbooks, partner data, and cross-functional partners to help you hit your goals and grow the AU ecosystem. While the immediate focus is Australia, this role positions you to lead expansion into new APAC markets.
