Docker is seeking a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to design and deliver training, certification, and enablement programs across Docker's partner ecosystem—including Channel partners, Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), Global System Integrators, and Technology ISVs. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales Enablement, you will own both external partner GTM enablement and internal field enablement to drive aligned go-to-market outcomes. Key responsibilities include designing role-based learning paths and certification programs tailored to each partner segment, with AI Governance as the primary GTM anchor. You will develop and maintain a comprehensive library of partner-specific GTM content—joint sales plays, co-sell decks, competitive positioning, and objection handling guides—all built to activate partners in the field. You'll leverage Docker's Accreditation Platform and Impartner (the partner management and learning platform) to scale certification, track completion, and recognize partner expertise. On the internal side, you will equip Docker's AEs, SEs, and CSMs with resources to confidently work alongside partners and drive joint pipeline. This includes building "How to Win with Partners" resources covering account mapping, co-sell cadences, joint pipeline management, and partner engagement models. You'll develop co-sell plays connecting Docker's AI Governance story to each partner type's unique value proposition and support account mapping in Salesforce between Docker teams and partner sales teams. You will drive GTM velocity by tracking partner readiness KPIs—pipeline contribution, certification completion, co-sell engagement, and account depth—tying every enablement investment to measurable outcomes. Using partner performance data and field feedback, you'll continuously identify gaps and sharpen programs. Required: 5+ years of partner enablement, channel enablement, or partner programs experience in SaaS or technology; demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable partner training and certification programs anchored to GTM outcomes.
