Funding Circle is a fintech platform that uses data-driven technology to help UK small businesses access funding quickly. The company operates with the agility of a startup combined with the stability of a public company, having generated £7.2bn in economic impact for UK businesses last year.
You'll lead paid social strategy and execution across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and organic social channels (LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). This is a dual-track role requiring both creative excellence and analytical rigor. You'll own the end-to-end creative process—building content calendars, briefing design and copy teams, coordinating with external agencies, and producing compelling video and static ad creative tailored to different financial products.
Key responsibilities include: optimizing paid social campaigns for performance; scoping and running structured A/B tests to identify effective messaging and creative formats; tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing KPIs; managing spend to ensure cost-effective, scalable results; and supporting cross-channel reporting coordination with Paid Search, Display, and YouTube teams.
You'll bring 2–4 years of performance marketing experience with at least 1–2 years hands-on Meta Ads expertise. You have a creative mindset—you understand video hooks, pacing, visual trends, and platform-specific storytelling. You're equally comfortable analyzing CPA, conversion data, and using reporting tools (Tableau, Excel) to optimize performance. Strong project management skills are essential as you'll juggle multiple concurrent briefs across product lines while navigating compliance, internal teams, and external talent. You're curious about emerging channels and experienced using AI tools for content ideation, workflow automation, or data analysis. FinTech or B2B marketing experience is a plus but not required.
Funding Circle offers hybrid flexibility (3 days in office), competitive salary, private medical and dental, annual learning allowance, subsidized lunches, cycle-to-work schemes, and award-winning parental leave policies.
