In this Senior Paid Search Manager role, you will report to the Paid Search Director and lead campaign execution and optimization for a portfolio of enterprise clients. You'll be responsible for end-to-end paid search campaign management—from setup and monitoring through optimization and performance analysis—using platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360.
Key responsibilities include:
- Execute, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns for assigned client accounts
- Produce high-quality, client-facing reports and performance analyses aligned with Jellyfish brand standards
- Mentor junior team members and help develop comprehensive PPC strategies customized to client objectives
- Contribute to new business development by participating in client pitches
- Stay current with digital landscape trends, new ad formats, and technical solutions
- Manage relationships with ad networks and continuously improve internal processes and methodologies
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business goals and delivering measurable value
You bring 4+ years of hands-on paid search campaign management experience, proficiency with major search advertising platforms, and familiarity with managing small teams. Strong analytical skills, business writing ability, and adaptability are essential. The role emphasizes practical expertise and behavioral fit over credentials.
