You'll lead Writer's paid media programs as a Senior Paid Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing. This is a strategic role combining performance marketing expertise with AI-driven personalization at enterprise scale.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and manage paid marketing programs across social, search, and display channels
- Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting enterprise accounts
- Use AI tools to personalize campaigns and scale them efficiently across channels
- Partner with sales to support long enterprise sales cycles and pipeline generation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align paid media with broader strategy
- Optimize targeting, bidding, and budget allocation based on performance data
- Analyze campaign performance and report on ROI, pipeline, and revenue impact
- Manage agency and vendor relationships
You'll need 5+ years of paid marketing experience with demonstrated success in ABM and enterprise-focused campaigns. Strong proficiency with major ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) is essential, along with hands-on experience using AI to personalize or scale marketing programs. You should have a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how paid media supports them, plus strong analytical skills to turn campaign data into strategic budget and targeting decisions. Cross-functional collaboration and clear stakeholder communication are critical.
