Branch is seeking a Senior National Account Executive to lead enterprise partnerships with large corporate insurance agencies and major non-insurance institutions. This is a platform sales role focused on selling Branch's proprietary technology and capabilities as core infrastructure that enterprises build their growth on.
You will own the full enterprise sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting and pipeline building, navigating complex multi-stakeholder buying processes, coordinating technical evaluations with Product and Engineering teams, structuring and negotiating commercial and technical terms, and managing partnerships post-launch through a land-and-expand approach. You'll drive adoption, expand platform usage, and grow production over time.
Beyond your own accounts, you'll serve as a subject-matter expert on enterprise sales strategy, owning the enterprise methodology that guides other salespeople and contributing to Branch's broader sales approach.
Key responsibilities include building a targeted pipeline of enterprise-scale prospects, positioning Branch's technology as critical infrastructure, managing live partnerships to scale, and keeping forecasts accurate in HubSpot. You'll work closely with account management, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure smooth technical onboarding and go-live.
Required: 8+ years in enterprise or complex B2B sales, including at least 3 years selling into organizations with multi-layered technical buying committees. You should have a track record closing technology/platform partnerships with large corporate enterprises that scaled materially post-close. Experience in startup or early-stage environments where offerings were still taking shape is a strong signal. You're comfortable running technical, product-oriented sales cycles, articulating platform capabilities, and building ROI-driven business cases. You can develop deep understanding of Branch's product suite and position it as critical infrastructure. You're recognized as an expert on enterprise deal strategy, an excellent communicator across technical and executive audiences, and a proven quota-hitter on complex, long-cycle deals. You manage multiple large enterprise deals concurrently, are a skilled negotiator on commercial and technical terms, and are comfortable traveling 30-50% as needed. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; CRM fluency essential. Insurance familiarity is welcome but not required.
