Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a Senior Medical Writer to develop high-quality scientific content supporting strategic communication initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas. You will create slide decks, executive summaries, and meeting materials for pharmaceutical and biotech clients, ensuring all deliverables are scientifically rigorous and client-ready. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including medical, editorial, and client stakeholders to shape clear and compelling scientific narratives. You'll support the medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review process by addressing feedback, incorporating revisions, and ensuring compliance with all guidelines. Your work will directly contribute to helping clients communicate science effectively and achieve their strategic goals. Required qualifications include an advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD, or PhD) and 2+ years of experience in a medical communications agency or similar environment. You must demonstrate strong experience developing scientific content across multiple formats, conducting comprehensive literature searches, and synthesizing findings. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Acrobat, and reference management tools (e.g., EndNote) is essential. Experience participating in or supporting MLR review processes is required. Helpful experience includes work with Medical Affairs and/or Publications deliverables, exposure to commercial content development, and familiarity with multiple therapeutic areas or complex disease states.
