Clarity Pediatrics is a Series A healthtech company reimagining pediatric chronic care, starting with ADHD. The company has raised $14.5M from top-tier VCs and is led by a team with deep healthcare expertise, including a CEO who has scaled two startups to $100M+ ARR and a CMO trained at UCSF and Stanford.
As a Senior Medical Recruiter, you will own end-to-end recruiting for physicians, APPs (Advanced Practice Providers), therapists, and other clinical team members who deliver Clarity's virtual pediatric ADHD care. You'll be a core member of a small, growing clinical recruiting team, reporting to the Clinical Recruiting Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for clinical roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close. Build and manage your own pipeline with clear visibility into candidate progress and hiring goals.
- Run strong intake meetings with hiring managers to define roles, must-haves, and success criteria.
- Proactively source passive clinicians and build relationships before roles open.
- Close candidates with care, understanding what motivates clinicians and representing Clarity authentically.
- Partner with clinical leaders to run structured interviews using consistent questions, scorecards, and clinical assessments.
- Run evidence-based debriefs focused on scorecard results rather than gut feel.
- Maintain assessment rigor even under pressure to move fast.
- Keep Ashby (ATS) accurate and current for reliable team reporting.
- Track funnel metrics including conversion by stage, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
- Use data to adjust approach and share insights with Clinical Recruiting Manager and hiring managers.
- Suggest and test process improvements, measuring outcomes.
- Create a warm, transparent, and fast candidate experience with timely updates at every stage.
- Be a trusted partner to hiring managers, setting clear expectations and maintaining accountability.
- Support and mentor newer recruiters and coordinators.
This is a high-touch, high-volume role where you'll manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining personal relationships with clinicians and hiring managers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with meaningful physician and APP hiring
- Strong plus: experience with therapists, behavioral health, pediatrics, or telehealth
- Familiarity with multi-state licensure is a strong plus
- Ability to run structured interviews and debriefs with strong assessment skills
- Fluency in recruiting metrics and data-driven decision-making
- High proficiency in Ashby or another modern ATS with commitment to data cleanliness
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with deadlines
- Strong communication skills, able to speak credibly with physicians and highly trained clinicians
- Mission-driven with empathy for families and burned-out providers
- Growth mindset with curiosity about continuous improvement
