You will lead the design and development of liquid cooling and mechanical distribution systems for Armada's modular AI data center platforms. This role sits at the intersection of mechanical design, hydraulic engineering, thermal infrastructure, manufacturing, controls, and commissioning. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the mechanical distribution architecture connecting heat-rejection equipment, pumps, piping, manifolds, coolant distribution units, rack cooling systems, and modular interconnects - Translating system requirements into practical, serviceable, and repeatable designs that can be manufactured in a factory and deployed consistently across multiple sites - Collaborating with thermal, electrical, controls, and manufacturing teams to ensure integrated system performance - Driving design optimization for reliability, manufacturability, serviceability, and cost - Conducting thermal and hydraulic analysis, FEA, and validation testing - Supporting commissioning and field deployment of cooling systems This is an individual contributor role for a senior engineer with deep expertise in mechanical systems design, thermal management, and the ability to own complex cross-functional projects from concept through production deployment.
