Scopely, a leading mobile games and interactive entertainment company, is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join its Talent Acquisition team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for the company's most strategic, business-critical, and hard-to-fill positions across multiple functions, studios, and game teams. You will lead hiring initiatives for executive leaders and highly specialized talent, partnering closely with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to define hiring strategies, align on talent needs, and drive decisions for Scopely's highest-impact roles. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, market mapping, and community engagement. You will serve as a trusted advisor by providing talent intelligence, labor market insights, and competitive hiring trends to inform recruiting strategy. Additional duties involve guiding stakeholders through structured candidate assessment, selection, and offer processes while delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You will anticipate hiring risks, solve recruiting challenges, and develop creative strategies to secure top talent in competitive markets. The role includes contributing to Talent Acquisition initiatives that improve recruiting processes, employer brand, and operational excellence, as well as mentoring recruiters and recruiting coordinators by sharing best practices, sourcing expertise, and market insights. Required qualifications include proven success managing full-cycle recruitment for executive and business-critical roles, strong consultative skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and advise senior leaders, and excellent judgment in assessing talent and navigating complex offer negotiations. You should have expertise in developing sourcing strategies and building high-quality passive talent pipelines, a strong understanding of talent markets and competitive recruiting trends, and experience using recruiting metrics and pipeline analytics to inform strategy. Bonus qualifications include experience recruiting within gaming, entertainment, technology, or other high-growth digital businesses; hiring across multiple international regions; knowledge of talent intelligence platforms and workforce planning; experience leading recruiting projects or process optimization initiatives; familiarity with compensation benchmarking; and an existing network within gaming, technology, product, engineering, or creative talent communities.
