Teamworks, the Operating System for Sports, is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to build the attribution and tracking foundation that demonstrates marketing's influence across the customer journey and lead the shift from manual campaign work into automation.
THE ROLE
You will own marketing operations end-to-end at a company with 25 products across multiple markets. Your core responsibilities include:
- Map end-to-end marketing attribution and build tracking infrastructure that shows how demand gen and product marketing campaigns influence pipeline and revenue
- Own the systems and setup behind every campaign, event, and in-app message, including list building and lifecycle triggers, ensuring tracking works correctly from day one
- Lead the shift from manual campaign and project work into automated workflows, freeing the team to focus on strategy instead of execution
- Partner with Tech Ops and RevOps to keep marketing data clean and aligned across the stack without duplicating existing work
- Build Teamworks' AI-native marketing function, designing and shipping automations and agents that scale work across demand gen and product marketing
This is a chance to define marketing operations at Teamworks from the ground up. You'll set the standard for how the function runs, build the attribution model the business uses to judge marketing's contribution to revenue, and help lead the shift into an AI-native way of working across a complex, global, multi-product business.
WHAT YOU BRING
Required:
- 4-5 years running marketing operations in a complex, enterprise B2B environment (not a startup or single-product business), because Teamworks' multi-product, multi-market structure makes attribution genuinely harder to map
- A track record of building marketing attribution and campaign tracking from scratch, not just maintaining systems someone else designed
- Direct experience shifting marketing work from manual to automated, including AI-built automations or agents, not just using AI tools day to day
- Working knowledge of the marketing tech stack, including how campaign, CRM, and in-app messaging systems connect and where data breaks down
- Comfort operating as a team of one, owning strategy and execution without a team to delegate to, at least initially
Preferred:
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or customer.io or equivalent in-app messaging platform
- Familiarity with website analytics tools like Google Analytics and how to tie web behavior into the broader attribution picture
- Background in sports, media, or another complex vertical
