Monzo is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the tactical rollout of Business Banking across EU markets. This role sits within the EU Expansion Team and serves as the crucial bridge between central Product and Marketing teams and local country Marketing Leads. You will own the end-to-end marketing execution for alpha, beta, and mass-market launches of Monzo Business Banking in new EU markets. This includes developing go-to-market strategies, executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels, and ensuring all customer touchpoints—website, CRM, creative, messaging—are localized and launch-ready. Key responsibilities include: building and executing launch plans with media and channel strategies; developing integrated marketing campaigns; managing creative and media agencies; partnering with the Communications team on brand awareness and engagement; maintaining brand consistency while adapting to local market nuances; stakeholder alignment across the organization; navigating regulatory compliance in target markets; and reporting on key metrics with actionable insights. You are hands-on and comfortable executing campaigns, building websites, and configuring CRM journeys. You have a proven track record of launching new products or entering new markets, with experience owning medium-sized cross-functional projects. You thrive in complex, fast-paced environments, cut through ambiguity quickly, and are accountable for delivering ambitious business results. Experience in tech or fintech serving SMBs and sole traders is highly valued. You are a self-starter with a proactive attitude who excels at turning complex moving parts into seamless customer experiences.
