Salary: USD 115,000 - 130,000 / annual

Distro is seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to lead marketing campaigns from strategy through execution. This role will develop demand generation initiatives that produce qualified leads, support sales, and contribute to revenue growth. You will own demand generation campaigns from initial strategy through hands-on execution, measurement, and optimization. Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies that generate demand for the company's solutions and services; creating and managing targeted campaigns across events, social media, digital advertising, and other relevant channels; collaborating with product, sales, and customer service teams to develop materials supporting the prospect-to-client lifecycle; monitoring campaign performance and reporting on results; and using data to refine marketing strategies. You will stay current on B2B marketing trends, best practices, and developments affecting the company's target markets, balancing strategic planning with detailed execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B or software marketing experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. This position is suited for an active, detail-oriented marketer who is equally comfortable developing strategy and executing the work directly. Work Arrangement: Remote with occasional attendance at the Duluth office as requested. Candidates must live in Duluth or within a reasonable commuting distance. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • At least five years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B or software marketing • Proven record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns • Hands-on demand generation and multi-channel campaign management experience • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, project management, and related marketing technologies • Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills, including the ability to use performance data to optimize campaigns • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment • Residence in Duluth, Georgia, or within a reasonable commute of the Duluth office • Willingness to attend the Duluth office when requested
