Nautilus Biotechnology is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategy and execution for a single-molecule protein analysis platform designed to democratize access to proteomics research. This is a critical leadership role ahead of the company's planned 2027 commercial launch. You will own Nautilus's brand, messaging, and coordinated multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, content, events, social). You'll translate product roadmap and positioning into executable marketing plans, ensuring consistent messaging and efficient resource allocation across channels. A key responsibility is serving as the connective point between Sales and Marketing, identifying friction points and driving process improvements that increase team efficiency. You will develop marketing content directly—including web copy, campaign assets, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership—while managing contract writers, designers, and freelance resources to scale production. You'll plan and execute marketing events (conferences, trade shows, webinars, road shows), owning logistics, budgets, and post-event follow-up. You'll also own HubSpot as the core marketing operations platform, managing campaign setup, list management, and performance tracking. As a central driver of 2027 product launch execution, you'll work cross-functionally to ensure marketing deliverables stay on track. You'll monitor marketing KPIs to drive efficiency and efficacy, and support PR and investor relations activities as needed, including drafting external communications and coordinating messaging with leadership. This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing and includes responsibility for directing part-time contributors and contractors. You'll need to be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-scaling biotech environment. Travel up to 30% is required.
