Nametag is building secure digital identity solutions for enterprises to prevent social engineering and deepfake impersonation attacks. As Senior Marketing Manager, you will own a significant portion of Nametag's content output across multiple channels and formats.
You will be a hands-on content creator and editor, responsible for producing blog posts, thought-leadership articles, email newsletters, website copy, sales collateral, and event materials. Your primary focus is translating technical product details and customer insights into compelling copy for security, IT, and HR buyers. You'll maintain consistent voice and messaging across all channels while adapting core messages for different formats (email, social, paid, landing pages).
Key responsibilities include:
- Writing and editing recurring content: blog posts, newsletters, website updates, and thought-leadership pieces
- Creating and refreshing customer-facing collateral: one-pagers, solution briefs, and case studies
- Supporting Growth Marketing campaigns across multiple channels with coordinated copy
- Producing event and field marketing content, including talk tracks and partner co-marketing materials
- Owning and maintaining the marketing content calendar, coordinating across Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Design, and Sales
- Tracking content performance metrics and using data to prioritize future content
- Identifying and resolving gaps and inconsistencies in messaging and collateral
You'll work closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Channel Partnerships teams. This is a generalist role emphasizing breadth across channels rather than deep specialization in a single area.
The company is remote-first with team members across the US (Seattle, San Francisco, Ann Arbor, Denver, New York City, and beyond). Quarterly in-person off-sites bring the team together for collaboration.
Requirements:
- Approximately 8 years of B2B marketing experience, with significant time in content-heavy roles (content marketing, editorial, communications, or marketing generalist roles centered on writing)
- Genuine comfort as a generalist; preference for moving across multiple channels well rather than owning one channel deeply
- Experience marketing to technical or security-conscious B2B audiences; cybersecurity, IAM, or enterprise IT experience is a strong plus
- Ability to translate customer conversations, product specs, or conference talks into polished content without losing key details
- Working familiarity with marketing tools: HubSpot, Google Analytics, and a CMS (Webflow or similar)
- Light design-tool comfort (e.g., Canva) is useful but not required
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong sense of ownership and bias toward shipping
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts
- Demonstrated integrity and collaborative mindset
