Nexford University, an online university serving global learners, is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive qualified demand and improve enrollment outcomes across North America. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on B2C paid media strategy and execution, funnel optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. You will own paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels, managing campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization. You'll build monthly media plans aligned with enrollment priorities, seasonality, and the applicant decision cycle, while maintaining a prioritized testing plan for audiences, creative, offers, and landing pages. Beyond paid media, you'll monitor the full journey from lead generation through application completion and enrollment, identifying drop-off points and coordinating improvements with responsible teams. You'll partner with Marketing Operations on nurture initiatives, segmentation, messaging, and measurement, and work closely with Sales and Admissions to gather feedback on lead quality, objections, and conversion barriers. Creative and conversion optimization are core responsibilities. You'll develop clear creative briefs with audience insights and testing hypotheses, collaborate with Creative teams on asset production, and partner with digital teams on landing pages and conversion experiments. You'll maintain accurate dashboards, deliver reporting on agreed cadence, and translate results into decisions and next steps. You'll also manage relevant vendors, own assigned initiatives from planning through completion, and use AI tools appropriately to support research, analysis, and workflows. Success requires strong campaign execution, analytical judgment, adaptability in an evolving environment, and the ability to raise concerns constructively and propose solutions. Success will be measured by qualified lead and application generation, application completion and lead-to-enrollment conversion, cost per qualified lead/completed application/enrollment, budget pacing accuracy, results from experiments, timely project delivery, and effective cross-functional collaboration. REQUIREMENTS: - At least four years of B2C hands-on performance marketing or demand generation experience - Demonstrated experience managing paid B2C campaigns targeting U.S. audiences - Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads; LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus - Evidence of improving downstream conversion and acquisition efficiency beyond lead generation - Experience working with Sales on considered-purchase journeys or multi-stage conversion funnels - Proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM, GA4, campaign attribution, and reporting tools - Strong analytical skills and ability to build realistic plans from historical data - Experience briefing creative teams, coordinating vendors, and managing cross-functional projects - Clear communication, reliable follow-through, and comfort raising concerns constructively - Higher education or adult learner acquisition experience preferred
