Recraft is a graphic design research lab building state-of-the-art image generation models and tools for designers, illustrators, marketers, and developers. Founded in 2022 and based in London, Recraft serves over 3 million creators across 190+ countries, offering full creative control, style consistency, native vector outputs, an API for team integration, and a mobile app. You will grow and run Recraft's Creator Partnership program, a community of designers, illustrators, artists, and content creators who get early access to new models, test features before public release, and share their work. Your mission is to shape how the program develops, run it day-to-day, and keep members engaged and returning. Key responsibilities include: - Shape the program structure: tiers, perks, partner commitments, and benefits to make it feel like an exclusive club. - Onboard new partners, moderate discussions, answer questions, and build one-to-one relationships with key community members. - Run recurring formats such as challenges, critiques, show-and-tells, creator calls, webinars, livestreams, Q&As, and office hours; iterate on what works. - Identify and elevate ambassadors by giving them recognition, a stage, and a clear path within the program. - Make product launches community moments: provide early access, briefs, assets, coordinate joint launches, and drive engagement on release day. - Run alpha and early-access cohorts: invite testers, set rules, collect quantitative and qualitative feedback, and relay insights to product and ML teams. - Expand community presence beyond Discord to X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Substack, and in-person meetups. - Document community operations (onboarding, launch processes, etc.) to ensure sustainability. - Track engagement metrics (active members, retention, launch-day participation) and share weekly reports. - Collaborate with the outreach team to onboard creators who express interest. You will report to the Head of Content and work closely with creative, product, engineering, ML, support, and design teams. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven experience building or running a creator, ambassador, or partner program, including design of tiers, perks, rules, and member management. - End-to-end experience running a creative community (ideally around creative AI) with demonstrable metrics and case studies. - Track record of sustaining recurring community formats over months, not just launching them. - Experience converting active members into ambassadors, experts, or co-hosts. - Personal hands-on experience with AI image and video tools and informed opinions about them. - Deep understanding of how creative professionals work and what motivates them: craft, taste, credit, and time. - Strong relationship management skills across many connections without dropping any. - Fluent English (C1 level or above) and comfort hosting livestreams or calls. - Active presence on community platforms with ability to act on community needs independently. NICE TO HAVE: - Personal practice in design, illustration, motion, or AI art. - Experience running alpha, beta, or early-access programs. - Outreach experience with automation tools (CRM, Clay, Make, Zapier, Discord bots). - In-person event and meetup experience. - Personal presence on X, LinkedIn, Instagram, or YouTube. - Background at a design tool, creative tech, or AI company.
