MOO is a venture-backed, award-winning print and merchandise company founded in 2004, now operating at scale with over half a million customers across North America, the UK, and Europe. MOO operates a 24/7 manufacturing facility (three shifts, five days a week) in East Providence, RI, producing high-quality print and merchandise products.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for steering the entire production operation. The Senior Manufacturing Manager will oversee all manufacturing activities, ensuring the facility meets and exceeds targets across safety, quality, cost, and delivery. The role is designed to strengthen leadership as MOO scales operations, launches new products, and implements cutting-edge processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support Supervisors and Team Leads across three shifts
- Drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale goals using data and process-led approaches
- Respond quickly to changing priorities and make day-to-day decisions that maintain performance
- Create short- and medium-term plans aligned with Manufacturing's long-term strategy
- Build an engaged workforce through coaching, recognition, and professional development
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Product teams to solve challenges
- Embed continuous improvement culture, reduce waste, and standardize processes
- Manage staffing, resources, and labor budgets effectively
- Champion a safety-first culture and create a safe working environment
- Lead introduction of new products, processes, and equipment into Manufacturing

Requirements:
- Proven LEAN experience and continuous-improvement mindset with track record of improving processes, reducing waste, and strengthening KPIs
- Experience managing online print, finishing workflows, or similar high-mix, high-volume manufacturing operations
- Demonstrated leadership experience with genuine passion for helping others succeed
- Practical and analytical problem-solving skills; comfortable in high-mix, high-volume production environments
- Ability to make clear, timely decisions using data, operational insight, and sound judgment
- Experience balancing Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale when making decisions
- Ability to adapt approach as priorities change while staying calm and effective
- Strong planning and prioritization skills; ability to build clear, consistent, scalable processes
- Proven track record of improving operational performance and delivering against KPIs
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
- Experience building capability, planning resources, and supporting teams through change
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Supply Chain, Engineering, and global partners
