Siro is an AI-powered platform that transforms how field sales teams operate. The company has raised $75M from top-tier investors (Index, Fika, CRV, SignalFire) and serves leading brands in home improvement, retail, hospitality, and automotive. The platform automates administrative work for sales reps, provides real-time visibility for managers, and delivers strategic insights for executives by analyzing in-person sales conversations and integrating with Salesforce.
As Senior Manager of Product Marketing, you will own Siro's market positioning and how the commercial team sells the product. This is a senior individual contributor role with broad scope and high visibility, reporting to leadership with direct access to the CEO.
Key responsibilities include: developing and maintaining clear positioning on target personas, problems solved, and competitive differentiation; owning end-to-end product launches coordinating across product, sales, customer success, and demand generation; partnering with product leadership on pricing, packaging, and commercially sensitive communications; driving comprehensive sales enablement (decks, battlecards, objection guides, vertical-specific assets); and defining voice-of-customer and social proof strategy through testimonials, case studies, and impact metrics.
You will need 5+ years of product marketing experience at B2B SaaS companies with strong commercial orientation and direct collaboration with sales teams. The ideal candidate combines exceptional storytelling ability with a track record of owning major launches that moved pipeline and revenue. You should have demonstrated expertise in building sales enablement assets that reps actually use, a data-driven approach to measuring outcomes, and a builder's mindset that thrives in ambiguity. You operate as a senior IC influencing through work quality rather than headcount, with a bias toward shipping sharp v1 solutions quickly rather than pursuing perfection.
The role offers the opportunity to define a category that is largely unclaimed—in-person sales is the largest segment of B2B selling and remains underserved by software. You'll work on a product that customers genuinely value and evangelize, with high visibility and real influence on company growth.
