Marvel Fusion, Europe's leading fusion energy company founded in 2019, is seeking a Manager of Technical Recruiting to own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle. With 75+ scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs across Munich and Colorado, backed by €385M in funding, the company is scaling rapidly to deliver clean, abundant fusion energy to the world.
In this role, you will be the engine behind Marvel Fusion's hiring strategy. You will own end-to-end recruitment for all assigned technical and non-technical roles, from intake meetings with hiring managers through active sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, and offer management to signed contracts. You'll ensure every role maintains a clear, prioritized, and consistently tracked pipeline in Greenhouse at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
• End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, ensuring robust pipelines and timely placements. Maintain Greenhouse as the single source of truth for all recruiting activity.
• Process Excellence: Continuously optimize Greenhouse, including pipelines, scorecards, automations, and reporting. Ensure full compliance with data protection requirements and generate regular pipeline reports for leadership.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders. Bring market intelligence, structured thinking, and creative sourcing to every search. Provide guidance on interview best practices and candidate evaluation frameworks. Proactively manage feedback loops to keep hiring processes moving at speed.
• Talent Strategy & Market Intelligence: Develop deep knowledge of the fusion energy and deep tech talent markets. Identify sourcing channels, build relationships with passive candidates, and stay ahead of market trends to ensure Marvel Fusion attracts world-class talent.
