Payoneer is a global fintech platform founded in 2005 that simplifies cross-border business payments and financial workflows. With 2,500+ employees across 190+ countries, the company serves underserved businesses worldwide. India is one of Payoneer's highest-growth markets, and this role is critical to scaling talent development as the region expands rapidly.
As Senior Manager of Talent Management, you will build and scale Payoneer's talent development function from the ground up in India. This is a foundational role—not maintaining an existing program, but designing and launching one. You'll partner with regional and global leadership to translate business strategy into targeted talent development solutions that drive measurable impact on retention, engagement, capability, and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
• Build and scale talent development infrastructure: Design a scalable operating system for learning and development aligned to business goals, including structured onboarding, manager development programs, leadership readiness initiatives, and technical skill-building journeys that accelerate growth in a high-velocity market.
• Develop career pathways and capability-building programs that create clear progression routes and enable employees to grow with the company.
• Design and execute leadership development initiatives to build bench strength and prepare the next generation of leaders.
• Partner strategically with business leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into targeted development solutions.
• Establish metrics and measurement frameworks to track the impact of talent development on business outcomes.
• Combine systems thinking with execution excellence—design rigorous, intentional programs while maintaining the pace required in a hypergrowth environment.
You'll report to the VP of Talent Management & Development and work at the intersection of business strategy and people strategy. This role requires someone who can think strategically about organizational capability while executing with speed and precision.
