Fanatics is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Partnerships to lead the strategic direction and operational execution of Fanatics ONE, the company's loyalty and rewards program. This newly created function sits at the intersection of member benefits strategy, supply chain management, and partner relationships.
You will own three core pillars: (1) the programmatic plan defining what members at each tier receive and associated costs; (2) the supply base and capacity planning across internal teams and external partners; and (3) measurement and ROI optimization for all benefits delivered.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing the benefits matrix, owning the 6-12 month supply plan, managing third-party vendor relationships for experiences (cruises, resorts, hospitality), and ensuring partners deliver on commitments. You'll work with internal sourcing across product, memorabilia, and trading cards, and collaborate closely with Gifting Operations, Event Production, VIP Hosting, Legal, Finance, and Data teams.
This is a hands-on role in a newly formed function. You will manage one junior resource and receive dedicated support from finance and analytics teammates. Success requires comfort with both spreadsheet analysis and strategic partner negotiations. The primary constraint on program growth is supply and delivery capacity—your role is to identify and remove bottlenecks, whether supplier-related, contractual, cost-driven, or operational.
