Metropolis Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Partner Marketing to lead go-to-market strategy and co-marketing initiatives for their highest-value National Account partners. You will serve as the marketing anchor embedded within Partner Success, acting as the connective tissue between enterprise accounts and central marketing teams (Creative, Lifecycle, Events, Performance Marketing). Key responsibilities include designing and executing end-to-end go-to-market and joint co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners; owning high-impact marketing launches for qualifying properties with custom member collateral and hyper-local, multi-channel visibility; deploying and optimizing site-level digital media programs including Google Ads, Meta, and geofencing in partnership with performance marketing teams; leveraging research and behavioral data to craft compelling positioning narratives; managing monthly performance reporting and client-facing dashboards tracking SEM spend, reservation volume, and store-visit ROAS; managing partner marketing relationships to ensure alignment on brand guidelines and shared business objectives; driving adoption of localized loyalty, consumer rewards, and third-party reservation-marketplace integrations; partnering with Creative Project Managers to prioritize design requests and adapt brand templates; coordinating with lifecycle marketing to integrate localized partner perks into member retention journeys; and aligning with event strategy on Tier 1 launch activations. You will need 5+ years of consumer marketing, partner/co-marketing, or strategic partnerships experience; proven track record owning marketing relationships or localized growth for high-value enterprise accounts or premier real-estate portfolios; strong analytical and dashboard skills with ability to build data-driven performance narratives for enterprise stakeholders; exceptional written and verbal communication; demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across product, sales, analytics, and external partners; comfort balancing short-term execution with long-term planning in fast-paced environments; and experience leveraging AI tools to transform workflows. Background in real estate, mobility, retail, location-based marketing, geofencing, location analytics, or experience scaling marketing programs from scratch is a plus.
