Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture for its AI & Developer Platform to lead a high-performing team of technical experts. The role bridges technical sales and product engineering, serving as a strategic partner to sales leadership while driving developer revenue growth.
You will directly manage and mentor a team of Solution Architects who act as trusted technical advisors to customers, helping them understand the business value and technical details of Cloudflare's ecosystem (Workers, Workers AI, R2, KV, Durable Objects, Pages). Your responsibilities include developing and executing long-term technical sales strategy in partnership with regional sales leaders, managing annual budgets and resource allocation, and ensuring your team effectively serves as a feedback loop between field and product teams.
Key responsibilities: strategic oversight of technical sales strategy for the Developer Platform; people management and mentorship of Solution Architects; cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership, Product Management, and Product Marketing; budget and resource allocation; supporting C-level executive engagement at strategic customer accounts; and overseeing the creation of a customer feedback loop to refine product roadmap based on usage and competitive intelligence.
You bring 7+ years of technical sales leadership experience in cloud computing, storage, or full-stack engineering. You have proven ability to develop programs that drive sales strategy and pipeline generation in complex technical environments. Deep technical expertise in modern web technologies, cloud architecture, AI/ML, and distributed serverless platforms is essential. You excel at system design, mentoring teams on architectural best practices, and translating technical concepts for business stakeholders. Experience with developer-focused go-to-market strategies and building high-performing technical teams is highly valued.
