Barcelona to democratize access to live experiences. Fever for Business (F4B) is the B2B division, providing live experiences as a service to enterprises, schools, and global brands. The team owns the full journey from sales strategy through global execution, working closely with operations and product teams. As Senior Manager of Sales Enablement, you will report directly to the VP of Fever for Business and play a critical role in scaling sales performance globally. You'll work cross-functionally with RevOps, Product, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development. Key responsibilities include: **Onboarding & Speed-to-Productivity:** Design and lead the global onboarding program for all F4B new hires, translating sales methodologies into structured, scalable training. Build certification frameworks covering product knowledge, messaging, discovery, negotiation, and objection handling. Continuously measure and improve onboarding effectiveness through performance tracking and ramp-to-productivity analysis. **Coaching & Sales Execution:** Conduct call reviews, deal reviews, role plays, and 1:1 coaching with global teams. Partner with regional managers to identify performance gaps and deploy targeted training initiatives by market, segment, or team. Establish coaching cadences aligned with global enablement standards. Act as the primary feedback loop between field teams and RevOps regarding process adherence, CRM hygiene, and tool adoption. **Playbooks & Commercial Content:** Own and continuously evolve the F4B Playbook, ensuring consistency with global standards while adapting to regional markets. Develop and maintain sales collateral, battle cards, and messaging frameworks that equip teams to win deals. You'll be hands-on, working directly with sales leaders and individual contributors across multiple regions to drive consistent, world-class sales performance at scale.
