Develop scalable dashboards and create executive-ready presentations explaining outcomes and recommendations. **Plan Delivery & Governance**: Own annual/quarterly plan setup, participant mapping, compensation letter generation, QA, and distribution. Maintain audit-ready documentation and management review controls. Lead strategic projects and large-scale changes. Establish operating standards and repeatable processes that improve accuracy, timeliness, and transparency. Required qualifications: 8+ years in sales compensation, incentive systems, analytics, or related financial/operational work with deep hands-on experience.
