As Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Operations, you will serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market functions, translating strategy into execution across the product lifecycle. This is the first dedicated hire in this function, offering the opportunity to build systems and processes from zero rather than inherit them. Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining Voice of Customer systems that synthesize signals from engagement partners, managers, staff auditors, Solutions, Implementation, and Sales teams into actionable product insights - Establishing rigorous mechanisms for measuring product success and user impact through dashboards and KPIs - Owning analysis behind major product bets, including competitive positioning, agent capability expansion priorities, and unit economics of running agents at scale (inference costs, cost-to-serve by segment, roadmap implications) - Owning and improving core product development processes, tooling, and team rituals such as planning cycles, roadmap reviews, and monthly business reviews - Building scalable run-of-business systems including launch calendars, intake frameworks, and RACI structures - Driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success without direct authority You bring 6-8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, product or corporate strategy, consulting, or closely related operational roles at high-growth tech or SaaS companies. You have a proven track record of building processes and programs from scratch and scaling them thoughtfully. You excel at translating complex qualitative and quantitative data—usage metrics, feedback themes, retention signals—into clear recommendations and roadmap inputs, and can pull data yourself rather than waiting on queues. You have demonstrated ability to drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority.
