As Senior Manager, Product Marketing, you will drive end-to-end commercial strategy and execution for the innovation pipeline across biotics categories. You will lead high-impact product launches, uncover growth opportunities, and translate complex microbiome science into compelling consumer-facing brand experiences.
Key responsibilities include: leading innovation pipelines across multiple biotics categories; owning the full commercialization journey from concept through positioning, packaging, and go-to-market execution; building data-driven business cases for category whitespace, pricing, and forecasting; partnering with R&D to translate breakthrough science into accessible storytelling; crafting product positioning and messaging with cross-functional alignment; guiding brand messaging for seamless consumer experiences; providing strategic vision to marketing and channel leads; and analyzing market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
You bring 8+ years of B2C product marketing and brand management experience in vitamins/minerals/supplements (VMS), nutraceuticals, or specialty ingredients with proven retail execution. Probiotic or international expansion experience is highly valued. You are a builder and innovator who thinks strategically, thrives in dynamic environments, and is obsessed with the intersection of science, culture, and consumer behavior. You combine sharp strategic instincts with data mastery—confident managing budgets, pricing, forecasting, and performance analytics. You champion the consumer voice, excel at cross-functional collaboration with R&D, regulatory, sales, and product teams, and can translate complex scientific concepts into captivating narratives.
