Innovaccer is seeking a Senior Manager of Platform Marketing to own the narrative and go-to-market strategy for Gravity, an AI-native platform enabling autonomous healthcare operations. Unlike solution-specific marketing roles, this position focuses on explaining the platform's core architecture—Memory, Intelligence, and Orchestrated Execution—to technical and analyst audiences, establishing the credible technical foundation that all solution teams build upon.
Key responsibilities include: developing and maintaining the platform narrative as the architecture evolves; owning one assigned Gravity swim lane end-to-end with direct pipeline accountability; translating platform capabilities into technical content (architecture briefs, whitepapers, analyst decks, partner materials); collaborating with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure narrative accuracy; supporting analyst relations specific to platform differentiation; partnering with technology partners (e.g., NVIDIA) on joint technical narratives; coordinating with solution heads to ensure consistent platform storytelling; supporting technical evaluators at prospective customers; tracking competitive positioning of adjacent AI/data infrastructure platforms; and building a library of reusable technical proof points (diagrams, benchmarks, security documentation) for cross-functional use.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role building a function still being defined, requiring comfort with ambiguity and cross-functional collaboration. The role reports to the Head of Gravity Marketing and is judged on both narrative quality and pipeline generation from the assigned swim lane.
Required qualifications: Either (a) 4–6 years in management consulting plus an MBA from a top-tier program with demonstrated healthcare exposure and real go-to-market strategy engagements with measurable commercial outcomes, or (b) 6–8 years in marketing at an AI/AI-infrastructure company with direct experience explaining technical architecture to non-engineering audiences and owning a pipeline number. Both paths require proven accountability for pipeline or revenue outcomes (not strategy recommendations alone). Must demonstrate genuine comfort with technical material—understanding AI platform architecture (data, models, orchestration) without needing to code. Experience producing analyst-facing or technical marketing content (briefings, whitepapers, architecture narratives) is essential. Strong written communication skills required to clarify complex concepts without oversimplification. Healthcare industry exposure or demonstrated interest is a strong plus; direct healthcare AI experience is ideal but not required.
