Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 / annual

You'll own end-to-end paid media strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms, reporting directly to the VP of Growth. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution—you'll manage high-velocity campaigns, build continuous testing roadmaps, and optimize toward CAC and ROI targets. You'll work directly with an in-house production studio and creative team to develop bold, data-driven campaigns.
Key responsibilities include: owning paid social and search strategy from planning through scale; building and executing testing roadmaps across tactics, audiences, creative, and messaging; managing external search agencies; monitoring daily performance and identifying growth opportunities; producing weekly KPI reports with actionable insights; diagnosing performance fluctuations; partnering with creative teams and agencies on video, UGC, influencer, and static assets; staying current on platform updates and algorithm shifts; and driving new acquisition and full-funnel growth experiments.
You'll bring 4+ years of hands-on experience scaling paid social and paid search at D2C startups, ideally managing $1M+ monthly budgets. You have a proven track record driving efficient growth while scaling spend, strong project management skills, and comfort with both tactical execution and strategic thinking. You're a sharp communicator who can flag risks and opportunities, manage agency relationships, and translate data into clear narratives. Experience managing external creative agencies, ruthless analytical skills, and high attention to detail are essential. Bonus: EdTech, healthcare, or mission-driven B2C background; passion for testing frameworks and performance marketing communities.
